Our breasts thrive on self-love and self-acceptance and an acknowledgment of their role as the life-giving, intelligent and sentient parts of our anatomy that they are.
Unfortunately, however, in Western society, most breasts have, instead, heard more than their fair share of criticism – or have been hyper-sexualised for as long as we care to remember. As such, our breasts have become the recipients of unhealthy attention – and the effect of this, coupled with a lack of physical love and care, has led to unprecedented levels of both breast disease and heart disease (our breasts and hearts being very closely connected).
I say it’s high time we turned those dis-ease statistics around.

As women, we just haven’t been taught how to look after ourselves on such an intimate – and important – level. Most of us grow up with no idea of how sacred, magical and important our breasts are, nor of the true place they should occupy in our lives. Breast massage and self-love practices are the kinds of life-skills I hope one day to see being taught to girls in school.
Because, right now, most women do not have a regular daily breast care routine – nor do they understand how simple it can be to look after their breasts – and the connection this also has to their heart health. Which is vital information for women to have!
Nor of how important regular breast stimulation is to their sexual arousal, pleasure and orgasm. And that their breasts are worthy of a whole lot more attention than a mere fleeting visit on the way to the vagina (either by themselves or a lover)!
Nor of the importance of regular pleasure breaks and “time-out” – even just for a few minutes per day – and how making time for these has such a powerful effect on all aspects of our lives.

Toning our kidney meridian and vagus nerve (both of which run through our breasts) gets our sexual juices flowing and allows us to feel safe to expand into greater sexual pleasure.
As we activate our heart centre and clear any old, toxic/stagnant emotions from it, we open ourselves up to increased love, compassion and connection towards/with ourselves and others. (And there has never been a time where this has been more important than now!)
As we increase our self-nurturing/self-love, we send out a powerful message to the universe that radically increases our ability to manifest the life we want to live. AND as we learn to work with our sexual energy we can also learn to tap into its natural creative power.

My name is Juliet Terblanche and, since the end of 2015, I have been running my company Yoni Eggs – and later, its educational arm, Yoni Vitality – here in South Africa.
Over that time I have carried out extensive study and research into women’s sexual health, as well as being on my own sexual healing journey. I have given several talks on holistic sexual health around South Africa and also in the UK. As well as exhibiting and giving talks from my Woman Zone stand at SpiritFest, the South African yoga festival, 3 times now. And, of course, I have sold thousands of yoni eggs, yoni wands and yoni steaming herbs to thousands of women in the process.
I have also helped guide and counsel women on their own journeys of sexual discovery & healing over this time.
Prior to starting Yoni Eggs, I owned a health shop and studied holistic health. I am also a certified raw food nutritionist. I have had an interest in holistic health for many years and my husband and I produce a range of medicinal mushroom teas and tinctures, with mushrooms wild-harvested from our Knysna Forest farm.
I am a firm believer that all disease can be prevented and healed using a combination of the right nutrition, natural remedies and emotional balancing. And I am passionate about bringing awareness of this kind of holistic approach to the arena of women’s sexual health. I don’t believe the answers to such health issues need to be complicated, costly nor invasive – and I am committed to showing women there is another – better – way of doing things.
I also understand the importance of self-nurture – and how good I feel when I make this a non-negotiable part of my own life. I’m not always perfect at doing so – sometimes I still get lost in the whirlwind of my own busy-ness – but such moments only serve to further reinforce for me the importance of self-care and time out.
I have had my own experience of dealing with fibrocystic breast disease and have learned (and am still learning) how to navigate the tricky waters of sexual trauma. I have learned a lot on my journey so far, but at the same time I offer what I know to you with the utmost humility and openness for us to walk our healing journeys together, learning from each other as we go.
I probably don’t need to explain to you why self-care is essential as a woman… But it is crucial that we nourish our bodies…recharge our souls…and energetically inspire ourselves. And that’s what regular breast massage does - it's my TOP self-care tip for women

Every woman is different – so there is no exact answer to this – but breast massage is remarkably effective and even with 5-10 minutes massage a day, you should definitely see some improvement within a week or 2. Obviously when combined with the other tips/techniques given in this course – such as rebounding and eating well – progress should be faster.

Not only is this a great time for you to nurture yourself, but massaging your breasts during pregnancy can also help alleviate any discomfort you may experience as your breasts change in preparation for feeding your baby. And, once you are doing so, breast massage can help keep milk ducts clear, relieve any breast pain you might be experiencing whilst feeding and can also ease tired muscles. Breast massage also increases the quality of the milk you feed your baby, as well as helping to keep your breasts toned and firmer once you have stopped breastfeeding.
Yes. There is an optional private Gab Group (I greatly prefer Gab’s privacy and freedom of speech policies to those of Facebook) which you will be invited to join once you have signed up. Asking questions and sharing experiences together via this forum can be enormously helpful for all of the women involved. I will also be active on this group, so I can answer your questions too – and you can always join under a different name if you would feel more comfortable doing that.
We all have busy lives and so I am a strong believer that self-care needs to be simple and can’t take up too much time – or we just don’t do it! The audiobook takes just over an hour to listen to and none of the meditations are longer than 30 minutes. The daily breast massage routine is just over 20 minutes – but you can always work out a “quickie” version from the material you have been given. None of the videos are longer than 15 minutes each. So even putting aside half an hour a day to listen to or read over some of the material – and then adding a short self-care activity on top of that doesn’t have to take you more than an hour. Tops. You may have days where you can only spare 15-20 minutes – and you will get used to planning your self-care accordingly. Although the benefits are so worthwhile you may well find yourself happily allocating more time as you go along!
